(CRASE) Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events

The MRC/BorderRAC have started a training partnership with the TX Department of Public Safety.  As part of the ongoing community Stop the Bleed training offered every two months, the new Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events (CRASE) will be added to increase the training to 3 hours.
